A friend who runs a cats' holiday home told me lots of people want pet bereavement cards which aren't too cheesily sentimental. That idea ultimately became "Tenth Life" - I like the idea of a little angelic cat having come to the end of his nine lives and bounding away across the elysium fields forever!
